Monthly Archives: December, 2010

2009 was the year of Climategate but 2010 will surely go down as the year of climate hate. You know where the climate has been used as a reason and excuse to hate people! For years anyone who did not bow down to the lie of global warming was branded as a skeptic, a denier,  yet in 2010 it peaked with the likes of 2010, WWF 911,

Then there are websites like climatecriminals. BCCJ (Bring climate criminals to justice) explicitly states it’s aim asTo establish a legal process in the UK and abroad to facilitate the criminal prosecution of Government Ministers and key business leaders whose policies and activities contribute to the mass loss of life which Climate Change is certain to now cause“.

They identify polluting persons as criminals (eg expanding aviation) or politicians who refuse to change policies.

As penalties they advocate the following;

# Mandatory life imprisonment

The Gulf of Mexico is Dying A Special Report on the BP Gulf Oil Spill

Osceola’s Crying – Darrell Clanton

Download (right click > Save As)

It is with deep regret that we publish this report. We do not take this responsibility lightly, as the consequences of the following observations are of such great import and have such far-reaching ramifications for the entire planet. Truly, the fate of the oceans of the world hangs in the balance, as does the future of humankind.

The Gulf of Mexico (GOM) does not exist in isolation and is, in fact, connected to the Seven Seas. Hence, we publish these findings in order that the world community will come together to further contemplate this dire and demanding predicament. We also do so with the hope that an appropriate global response will be formulated, and acted upon, for the sake of future generations. It is the most basic responsibility for every civilization to leave their world in a better condition than that which they inherited from their forbears.

After conducting the Gulf Oil Spill Remediation Conference for over seven months, we can now disseminate the following information with the authority and confidence of those who have thoroughly investigated a crime scene. There are many research

Adolph Hitler: War Hero, Street Cleaner, Prostitute or Secret Agent: A Psychohistory Analysis

By Katherine Smith, July 5th, 2010
Adolph Hitler: A Modern View

Leader of Nazi Germany, progenitor of genocides and arguably solely responsible for the European half of the second World War, Adolf Hitler (considered to be one the most evil persons the world has ever known), probably needs no introduction.

In the decades since Hitler’s death many commentators have concluded that he must have been mentally ill, and that if he wasn’t when he started his rule the pressures of his failed wars must have driven him mad. Given that he ordered genocide and ranted and raved, it is easy to see why people have come to this conclusion, but it’s important to state that there is no consensus among historians that he was insane, or what psychological problems he may have had.

Hitler wasn’t insane and didn’t rant and rave because he was mentally ill.

Bernanke Only Adds Fuel To The Fire With Quantitative Easing – Bob Chapman

An excerpt from Bob Chapman’s weekly publication.

December 29 2010: Bernanke both author and critic of quantitative easing, the latest bogus statistics, gold moving higher, hiding behind incompetence in the system, housing sales up but far from healthy, FCC taking over the internet.

Mr. Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, a private corporation, would have us believe that, quantitative easing is the only way to save the US economy and to reverse the unemployment problem. He conveniently forgets to tell you that he authored a paper in 1988 with Mr. Michael Baskin that concluded that what Mr. Bernanke is doing with QE does not work. He told watchers of “60 Minutes” that the jobless rate would have been far higher; something like it was in the “Great Depression” at 25%. If Mr. Bernanke had taken time to have his minions do the research, he would have found that U3 at the peak of the “Great Depression” was 25.2% and U6 was 37.6%. As we write U3 is 9.8% and U6 is 17%. If you strip out the bogus birth/death ratio, real unemployment on a U6 basis is probably close to 22-3/8%, as yet, considerably less than in the 1930s, but impressively unacceptable. As those interested now know over the past three years the Fed has bailed out financial firms and many other corporations with funds provided indirectly by the US taxpayer. Little of this largess has fallen into employment and as a result unemployment has risen. It lies in the face of reality for Mr. Bernanke to tell was that QE2 will create employment when QE1 certainly did not.

What Mr. Bernanke has done is add fuel to the fire, which has given us one of the greatest financial scams of all time.

Bank of America takes couple’s house on Christmas & they never missed a payment

CT Watchdog

Lisa and Shock

In one of the more bizarre foreclosure cases, Bank of America is threatening to throw a West Hartford family out of their home even though the couple never missed a mortgage payment.

The largest bank in the United States earlier this month notified Shock Baitch and his wife Lisa (Friedman) Baitch that foreclosure action will start today – Christmas eve – unless the couple agrees to put their home up for a forced sale.

Because another unit of Bank of America erroneously reported to credit agencies that the family was seeking a loan modification, ruining their credit rating and as the result putting their mortgage into default.

All this is happening even though the bank – after admitting it erred and sent a letter of apology in September – handed this case to a special unit at Bank of America that is charged with dealing with severe customer issues. It promised  to notify the credit reporting agencies that the couple were not deadbeats, but were good credit risks.

Why India Has Stopped Giving HPV Vaccine The Lethal Medical Failure That’s Still Recommended by Your Doctor The Lethal Medical Failure That's Still Recommended by Your Doctor
Even India has put a stop to this deadly experiment. But doctors and U.S. governmental agencies still insist it’s essential for every adolescent girl. The death toll in the U.S. from this uncontrolled ‘medical experiment’ now stands at 89 with 20,575 reported adverse affects. The newest victims on the list? Nursing infants.

Food safety bill invokes Codex Alimentarius Harmonization and grants FDA authority to police food safety of foreign nations

(NaturalNews) Of all the talk about S.510, virtually no one has actually read the language in the bill — especially not those lawmakers who voted for it. The more you read from this bill, the more surreal it all becomes. For example, did you know there’s a global FDA power grab agenda hidden in the Food Safety Modernization Act? Keep reading and I’ll quote text straight out of the bill itself.

Section 305 is entitled “BUILDING CAPACITY OF FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS WITH RESPECT TO FOOD SAFETY” and it gives the FDA authority to set up offices in foreign countries and then dictate the food safety plans of foreign governments. It says, specifically, on page 217 of the bill (…):

(a) IN GENERAL. – The Secretary shall establish offices of the Food and Drug Administration in foreign countries selected by the Secretary.

It then goes on to say:

(a) The Secretary shall, not later than 2 years of the date of enactment of this Act, develop a comprehensive plan to expand the technical, scientific, and regulatory food safety capacity of foreign governments, and their respective food industries, from which foods are exported to the United States.

Huh? The FDA is now going to run the food safety programs of foreign governments? Look out, world: I’m from the FDA and I’m here to help!

Homeland Security and U.S. Treasury also involved
So who is involved in creating this? Believe it or not, the global “food safety” plan is to be developed under consultation to the Department of Homeland Security as well as the U.S. Treasury. As the bill states:

How to Cultivate a Food Crisis

Buried beneath the avalanche of press coverage about the lame-duck Congress, I found a story about President Obama’s mid-December meeting with twenty corporate CEOs. The purpose of this Blair House get-together was to discuss how to jump-start our still-ailing economy. Among other aims, Mr. Obama reiterated his goals to increase employment, end the recession, and double U.S. exports over the next five years.

These are lofty and laudable ambitions. But it seems that Mr. Obama’s regulatory bureaucrats haven’t gotten the memo. For example, consider the counter-productive impact of their efforts on agriculture.

Christmas at Canary Wharf

  • The UK is the most spied upon nation in the world – why doesn’t it have the lowest crime rate?
  • Whatever happened to the UK’s common law value of ‘innocent until proven guilty’?
  • Research shows that CCTV simply does not work, so isn’t it just a huge waste of money?
  • Why do the media, police and government portray CCTV as an effective tool?
  • Why has there been no public debate?

Kissinger’s entire career ‘a series of massacres and outrages’

Until the most recent release of the Nixon/Kissinger tapes, what were the permitted justifications for saying in advance that the slaughter of Jews in gas chambers by a hostile foreign dictatorship would not be “an American concern”? Let’s agree that we do not know. It didn’t seem all that probable that the question would come up. Or, at least, not all that likely that the statement would turn out to have been made, and calmly received, in the Oval Office. I was present at Madison Square Garden in 1985 when Louis Farrakhan warned the Jews to remember that “when [God] puts you in the ovens, you’re there forever,” but condemnation was swift and universal, and, in any case, Farrakhan’s tenure in the demented fringe was already a given.

U.K Banks ‘trying to hide chip and pin flaw’

A Cambridge University professor has accused the bank cards industry of making a ”very nasty attempt at censorship” over a flaw in chip and PIN technology., December 29 2010

The UK Cards Association (UKCA), which represents the country’s biggest banks, wrote to the university to try to remove the online publication of research which shows how a £20 hand-held device could be used to buy goods without entering the correct PIN.

Melanie Johnson, a former Labour Treasury minister who is now chair of the UKCA, wrote to the university’s director of communications earlier this month saying the publication ”oversteps the boundaries of what constitutes responsible disclosure”. She said the paper, The Smart Card Detective, by MPhil research student Omar Choudary, ”places in the public domain a blueprint for building a device which purports to exploit a loophole in the security of chip and PIN”. She said the type of attack described was ”difficult to undertake” and ”unlikely to interest genuine fraudsters” but said the ”level of detail” published was worrying and asked for the research to be removed. And she said police had expressed concern the student ”was allowed to falsify a transaction in a shop in Cambridge without first warning the merchant”.
