On November 12th, Britain’s Financial Times headlined, “Top judge criticises DoJ for not holding individuals accountable,” and reported that U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff accused the Obama Administration (“the Department of Justice’) of “excuses” for not prosecuting banksters.
